LIFETIME WARRANTY

We proudly believe in the quality of our jewellery, and each piece is covered by a AHW Lifetime Warranty. It is a guarantee of the product being free of any defects upon delivery, and under warranty for any manufacturing defects for the duration of the original purchaser's lifetime. We handcraft all our jewellery in-house to stand the test of time.

Please note that the Lifetime Warranty does NOT cover lost items, aesthetic changes from normal wear and tear, such as knocks, scratches, alteration of colour such as Sterling Silver tarnish, or modification by a third party.

To begin your Lifetime Warranty claim, contact ask@ahwstudio.com with your name and order number. Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase from an authorised AHW Studio retailer and are subject to approval.

Regardless: Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we will gladly repair or service your piece should there be anything wrong. 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

AHW Studio accepts exchanges based on change-of-mind on an item of the same value within 7 days of arrival. 

As items are all made-to-order, we don't accept refunds or returns based on change-of-mind, damage, or loss. Aesthetic changes caused by wear and tear, such as knocks, scratching, alteration of colour such as Sterling Silver tarnish, are not viable for returns. Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. 

Regardless: Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and if you come across any problems, we will try our best to resolve it :)
