Gold-Bearing Quartz is one of the world's rarest forms of natural gold. It is found underground by hard rock miners in only a few locations in the world.
Gold Quartz is formed when both natural gold and quartz combine in a molten state and are untouched by erosion. The white quartz rock is cut into slabs to expose the veins of pure, 24k gold. Each slab is then hand-cut and polished, showcasing the flow of gold, resulting in that every Gold Quartz gemstone is one of a kind.
Our Gold Quartz is mined from the underground Beta Hunt Mine, located 600 km from Perth in Kambalda, Western Australia. It is a deposit with the very rare feature of hosting both gold and nickel resources.
