You are looking at the rarest form of garnet: Uvarovite.
Uvarovite is one of the few naturally occurring green gemstones, and was first discovered in the Ural Mountains of Russia.
The mineral is known for its beautiful vivid green colour. Unlike most other garnets, uvarovite's crystals are small and often occur as 'drusy' on a matrix. Drusy is a term used to describe a coating of fine crystals on a rock fracture surface or vein.
Enchanted by its lush, verdant crystals, we set this island of Uvarovite within a moat of solid gold, accompanied by a magical Golden Frog hopping within the emerald forest.
