The Sword of Goujian was a bronze sword wielded by Goujian, one of the last kings of Yue during China's Spring and Autumn period, 771 BC.
The sword is famously engraved with Chinese characters down the blade, signifying the original owner, Goujian, a king of Yue. These mysterious etchings were a heavy source of inspiration in creating this pendant.
It is one of the earliest examples of Chinese metalworking, and is still being exhibited today.
