After scouring the country, we've come across a small batch of spectacular opals that offer some extraordinary colours. Each opal is completely unique, showing a vivid array of hues within its galaxy-scape. From vibrant reds to lush greens, each one is truly one-of-a-kind, and set within the eternal embrace of an Australian wedge-tailed eagle. Each AQUILQ RISING bracelet is stamped with a crescent moon and eagle motif on each end.

Turquoise has appeared in the world’s oldest civilisations. The Middle East and the Americas in particular held great reverence for this pastel gemstone, and produced the rarest specimens.
Australia is occasionally able to produce gem-quality Turquoise, but not consistently. From 1978 to 1996, a deposit of Australian Turquoise was extracted from a mine in Broken Hill, NSW. Since then, the gemstone has not been mined in commercial quantities.
As a result, this stone has become one of the world’s scarcest forms of Turquoise, with a completely natural blue colour. The Turquoise featured in AQUILA RISING are from the original deposit that was mined and cut in the mid-to-late 1990’s.
